Delete your AptCoach account

You can delete your AptCoach account and the data linked to it at any time. You don't need the app installed to do this.

How to request deletion

We only act on requests sent from the email address on the account, so no one else can delete it.

What we delete

• Your account and profile: name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
• Workouts and logs: the sets, reps and weights you logged, habits and targets.
• Body and health information: body weight, measurements, progress photos and nutrition entries.
• Your messages, form answers and check-ins.
• Your link to Mr Bite, if you connected one.
• Your notification tokens.

If you're a coach, deleting your account also deletes the programmes and client records in your workspace. Your clients keep their own AptCoach accounts.

What we keep, and for how long

• Copies in our backups are removed within a further 30 days after deletion.
• Anything the law requires us to keep, such as financial records if you have paid us, is kept only for as long as the law requires, usually up to 6 years in the UK.

Delete some data but keep your account

Email support@aptcoach.io and tell us which data you want deleted, for example your progress photos or your messages, and we will remove it within 30 days.
